Working With Sellers

Selling a home is an exchange — converting a hard asset into dollars at the best rate the market will support. I use a structured pricing analysis, including a full Broker Price Opinion, to position your home where buyers can justify value and stretch toward it.

My goal is straightforward: maximize your sale price while minimizing your time on the market.

Working with Senior Clients

I’m a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and I personally handle all senior‑client transactions. Selling a long‑held family home is not just a financial decision — it’s emotional, historical, and often complex. I work at the pace that feels comfortable, acknowledge the memories attached to the home, and help you move forward with clarity and respect.

This isn’t a rush job. It’s a transition. And I treat it that way.

Background & Education

I hold a bachelor’s degree in political science with minors in economics and psychology, and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA). Before real estate, I worked in strategic planning, marketing, and communications — experience that translates directly into pricing strategy, negotiation, and market positioning.

Real estate isn’t guesswork. It’s analysis, structure, and communication. My background supports all three.
