| I am a Broker Associate with Lake & City Homes, which means I hold a Wisconsin Brokers License rather than a traditional sales license. I took this extra step to make sure I could offer my clients the best possible service. |
| I'm a member of the Wisconsin and the National Realtor's Associations, and I'm an active member of the South Central Wisconsin MLS. |
| I have a bachelor's degree in political science, with minors in economics and psychology and a master's degree in business administration. |
| I currently have over 33 years of professional, strategic marketing experience, and have developed successful programs for strong and weak markets, buyer's and seller's markets and most everything in between. |
| I have a number of real estate specialist designations representing hours of additional education and experience, they are: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS,) Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR,) Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES.) |

The Things I Like to Do

I am an avid woodworker, cabinet and clock builder and stained-glass craftsman, and have just recently completed designing my own dream house. |

I play the piano and French horn (to the extent anyone can play a French horn) and am currently playing alto, soprano and bari saxophone in the New Horizons concert and swing bands. I have a great teacher up at Ward Brodt, named Peter Ziegler. |

I have a Vespa Grand Tourisimo motor scooter that I really enjoy riding... especially on warm summer afternoons and crisp fall weekends. |

I get a real kick out of photography and have lugged 30lbs of cameras, lenses and miscellaneous equipment all over Europe on several occasions. (Where was digital then?) |

Then there's Molly, my 7-year old Airedale. With her, I think the old saying of a picture being worth a 10,000 words says it best. |
